We assist clients in purchasing property and/or selling property. We work with an affiliate company of our Firm, which holds an extensive real estate portfolio, to assist clients to buy and sell property in Trinidad and Tobago.

Our services also include:

• Assisting clients in the drafting and preparation of the documents/instruments to facilitate; the sale, purchase, transfer [by gift] of property in both Trinidad and Tobago;
• Conducting searches of properties, for and on behalf of our clients;
• Advising on the prudence, suitability and/or legality of any proposed transactions; and
• Assisting several clients who are about to purchase property, in the drafting, preparation or vetting of Agreements for Sale.
